Technical Competency:
· Programming Skills: Build Robust , re-factored ,maintainable code; Code review based on functionality.
· Domain: Well versed with standard terms, protocols used in the particular domain; hands on experience in handling one product of the domain.
· Tools: Able to handle & use the tool effectively, ability to identify the right tools, deploy the tools make counter measures.
· Architecture: Compliance to the architecture & design the architecture as per the need, well versed with various design techniques.
