Job Description:
The ideal candidate shall have a strong experience of min 2 year as a
Technical Recruiter to recruit Engineering and IT talent, through job
boards and vendor partnerships in a consulting company. Should
lead/manage the team of recruiters and will be required to work
closely with our sales and Business Development team in understanding
the requirements, search the candidates, negotiating the rates with
the candidates, coordinate interviews, and any other assistance needed
for a successful start and completion of the project.
Responsibilities:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a consulting environment for
searching and recruiting software consultants and negotiating rates,
signing agreements and closing the opportunities.
Person who has worked extensively on W2/1099 tax terms will be given preference.
Willing to work in night shift
