Job Responsibilities:

Person will be responsible for design, develop and implement large complex applications on SharePoint 2007/2010. He should possess sound knowledge    in UML, Design Patterns. in .Net. He should have good back ground of capacity planning and deployment experience of SharePoint 2007/2010. He should  be able to anticipate the problems upfront and propose a feasible solution keeping the business objective of the project. If he has any migration experience from Lotus Notes/ Plum tree to MOSS would be a big plus. Experience working with global engineering teams. He should be able to debug code and solve the issues in Production. He should lead a team and act as a mentor for all the junior team members and guide them technically.

 Skills:

·         Knowledge on .Net 2.0 , .Net 3.0, SharePoint 2010, SharePoint 2007

·         Experience of Web part, Features, workflow, Event handler, and Custom master pages development is a must.

·         Involve in various phases of the Project life cycle.

·         Handle the team and effective communication with the onsite counter parts.

·         Deployment of large enterprise applications on MOSS.

·         Interact with business analysts, developers, and client project managers and participate in design and come up with Design documents.

·         Knowledge of 3rd party web parts and tools would be definite plus.

·         Must have excellent customer support and communication skills. Participate in all client meetings.

·         Ability to multi-task effectively in an environment with multiple concurrent short- term projects.

·         Strong analytical, organizational, and problem solving skills.

·         Detail oriented, multi-tasking, self-starter with strong interpersonal skills. Prior consulting experience is a definite plus
