·         Domain:  Well versed with standard terms, protocols used in the particular domain

·         Tools: Able to handle & use the tool effectively

·         Architecture: Compliance to the architecture & design



Non technical Competency:

·         Able to Understand & translate requirement

·         Problem Definition & Surfacing

·         Suggest Alternatives

·         Plan Micro Level /Day to Day

·         Process: Total Compliance & Self supervision

·         Tools: Able to handle & use the tool effectively, ability to identify the right tools, deploy the tools make counter measures.
