Technical skill required:
2 - 4 years experience in Mainframe
Very good knowledge of COBOL, CICS and JCL.
Must have done programming using COBOL and CICS.
Must have done programming for both online and batch environments.
Must know how to develop and test new programs as well as make major changes to existing programs.
Excellent communications skills as the candidate needs to interact with geographically distributed teams.
Should be able to work and contribute independently with little guidance
